Wijn launches curated virgin wine boxes for Cheese & Wine Day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There are few things as delicious as a cheese and wine platter enjoyed on green grass with a group of your closest friends and family. However due to the lockdown, we can\u2019t experience social gatherings \u2013 but that doesn\u2019t mean you should not celebrate one of the best days of the year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cheese and Wine Day takes place on 25 July and we are all excited!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boutique wine bar and shop Wijn<\/a> has partnered with de-alcoholised wine Lautus<\/a>, local cheese estate Dalewood Fromage<\/a> and local premium tonic Barker & Quin<\/a> to curate three cheese and wine boxes consisting of a bottle of de-alcoholised wine, a set of Barker & Quin mixers as well as a cheese that bring everything together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each curated box will include a virgin wine cocktail recipe, as well as garnishes for the finished product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wijn is like no other bar: it\u2019s a wine bar focused on discovering and bringing you unique wines, paired with great food and curated experiences. Wijn allows everyone, no matter your wine expertise, to discover, taste, enjoy and take home amazing wines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The curated box will be offered in three variants: a white, a ros\u00e9 and a bubbly \u2013 perfectly suited for the warmer winter weather expected for this coming Saturday. What makes these boxes that much more fun is that each box will give you clear instructions on how to create your own wine cocktail, which can be enjoyed in your crystal stemless wine glass from Wijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All you have to do is sit back, relax and sip away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These boxes are exclusively sold on the Wijn<\/a> website from R340 per box, launching Friday, 24 July. If you order before 11:00, it will be delivered on the same day to Cape Town and surrounds. Otherwise, next day delivery. The delivery fee is R50.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
