Joelene Sylvester (her friends call her Jojo), founder of Oh Happy Day<\/a>, is a self-confessed chocoholic, book-nerd, beach lover, wife, friend and creative who\u2019s always planning her next adventure. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For as long as she can remember, she has always been in love with creative planning. “I\u2019ve been lucky enough to turn my passion into my career and from our very first meeting together, you will feel the creative energy and excitement of your planning journey begin,” she says. “I can\u2019t help it; my enthusiasm is contagious, and I pride myself on creating cherished moments that you and your guests will remember forever.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Joelene really loves people. Relationships are ultimately what make her tick, and what she loves most about relationships is how unique and original each one can be. “It\u2019s my interpretation of these love stories that lends itself to creating unforgettable celebrations and happy clients.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What has your journey been like to founding Oh Happy Day?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I founded Oh Happy Day in 2014. The name originate from my own wedding theme and vision for mine and my husband\u2019s big day. Starting Oh Happy Day was a vision and dream that I had put on the back burner for so many years. It took a life-altering, tragic incident to realise that tomorrow is not guaranteed, so if I was going to make my dream a reality\u2026 it was now. Over time, Oh Happy Day has evolved from a one-person enterprise into a team of innovative contributors, each specialising in their own unique talents \u2013 from floral designers to stylists and d\u00e9cor specialists and logistics and lead luxury wedding planners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
