Executive chef, Tronette Dippenaar,\u00a0and The Cellars-Hohenort team will invite diners to choose from firm favourites such as cured salmon trout with nori, avocado, cream cheese and fennel pearls; grilled free-range chicken breast with Hasselback potato, seasonal garden greens, sweetcorn and thyme jus; and eggcellent Easter, a delectable dessert of white chocolate mousse, orange curd, and spiced\u00a0<em>kataifi<\/em>\u00a0nest served with almond\u00a0<em>drag<\/em><em>\u00e9es<\/em>.
