With Easter to look forward to, it’s time to gather family and friends and book an Easter Sunday lunch celebration at The Cellars-Hohenort on Sunday, 17 April 2022. A five-star epicurean experience awaits, served in the elegant Conservatory restaurant overlooking the magnificent garden surrounds.
Easter lunch will start with an amuse bouche followed by a choice of hors d’oeuvre, main course and dessert. Executive chef, Tronette Dippenaar, and The Cellars-Hohenort team will invite diners to choose from firm favourites such as cured salmon trout with nori, avocado, cream cheese and fennel pearls; grilled free-range chicken breast with Hasselback potato, seasonal garden greens, sweetcorn and thyme jus; and eggcellent Easter, a delectable dessert of white chocolate mousse, orange curd, and spiced kataifi nest served with almond dragées. Children are catered for too and will be spoiled with more treats as they’re invited to enjoy an Easter Egg hunt in the magical forest surrounds.
