Louisvale pairs with West Coast Chef Isabella Niehaus

On 1 May 2022, Die 3 Susters will be hosting a guest pop-up dining experience at the Langtafel op die Duin in Langebaan. This event will see a carefully curated and prepared 5-course menu, perfectly paired with their partner in wine, Louisvale Wines.

Langtafel op die Duin is a dining event run by famed chef Isabella Niehaus who recently won a global prize in Paris for her culinary innovation and creativity. Die 3 Susters as guests of Niehaus will give guests a phenomenal and delicious dining experience, accompanied by the blue vistas of the Langebaan shoreline. Die 3 Susters will be hosting this lunch-time dining experience from 11:30 to 17.30 on May Day.

1st COURSE

Fresh Oysters with a choice of lemon, tabasco, black pepper and a signature 3 susters dressing

Blinis topped with salmon, cream cheese and coated with lemon zest

Parmesan tacos with Waldorf-style filling

Paired with Louisvale MCC Brut Rosé

2nd COURSE

Blue cheese mousse with figs and topped with smashed peanut brittle

Served with crostinis and micro herbs

Paired with Louisvale Sauvignon Blanc

3rd COURSE

Caprese salad with nectarines drizzled with olive oil and lemon. Optional anchovy drizzle

Paired with Louisvale Chardonnay (Barrel Ferment)

4th COURSE

Slow-braised short rib with horseradish mash, coleslaw and beetroot pickle

Paired with Louisvale Dominique / Louisvale V Barrels

5th COURSE

Crazy Malva pudding with piped milk tart topping with caramel popcorn

Paired with Louisvale MCC Brut Chardonnay
