Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront winter menu launched

Radisson Blu Hotel Waterfront’s winter menu launched this month and boasts an array of delicious wintery dishes.

Think hearty burgers, soups and pastas. You can also order platters to share.

Seafood platter: prawns, grilled line fish, creamy mussels, spicy calamari strips, seafood curry served with rice or chips or a side salad.

Meat platter: peri-peri chicken wings, boerewors, pork ribs, butternut and carrot chakalaka and rustic fries.

Cheese and meat platter: parma ham, coppa ham, salami, beef pastrami, chevin, camembert, brie, apple & whole grain mustard chutney, pineapple and red pepper aniseed preserve, sour bread and savoury biscuits.

Vegan platter: chilli falafels with tzatziki, grilled teriyaki tofu skewers, chipotle hummus, toasted malty seed bread, snap peas, baby corn and carrot.

The hotel’s promise is to always use seasonal ingredients and, where possible, self-grown produce from their rooftop garden.
