Recipe by A Table for my Tribe
Ingredients:
- boereowors
- buns
- chopped tomatoes
- tomato paste
- one diced onion
- two medium-sized potatoes
- masala paste
Method:
- Slice potatoes into chips. Fry and set aside.
- In a pan, add your masala paste and some water. Toss chips into the mix and set aside.
- In a separate pan, fry your onions until golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste and fry for about 2 minutes.
- Add salt, pepper and sugar to taste. Set relish aside.
- Fry or bake the boerewors in a separate pan until done.
- Assemble: add masala chips, then boerewors, and then top with the relish.
