INGREDIENTS

  • 3 Tbsp caramel sauce
  • 50ml vodka
  • Pinch flaky sea salt
  • 80ml Wild Africa Cream Original
  • 30ml cream

METHOD

  • Put the caramel sauce into the base of your glass and top with ice.
  • Pour in your vodka, Wild Africa Cream
  • Original and a pinch of flaky sea salt.

Pour in the cream, stir and enjoy.

Ginger Snap with Wild Africa Cream Original

Serves: 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 100ml ginger ale
  • 30ml rum
  • 30ml cream
  • 60ml Wild Africa Cream Original
  • 1 thin slice ginger

METHOD

  • Put the ginger ale, rum, cream and Wild Africa Cream Original into a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
  • Fill your glass with ice then pour the cocktail into your glass.

Place your ginger slice on a cocktail skewer and serve.

Espresso & Cinnamon Eggnog with Wild Africa Cream Caffè Latte

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 80g white sugar
  • 30ml strong coffee
  • 1 cup Wild Africa Caffè Latte
  • Cinnamon
  • Gold edible glitter

METHOD

  • Put your milk and cinnamon into a pot on the stovetop over a medium heat.  Allow the milk to become hot, but remove from the heat just before boiling point.
  • Meanwhile, put the egg yolks and sugar into a heat proof bowl, whisk until light and fluffy. Add your hot milk to the egg mixture, a dash at a time, whisking continuously until all the milk has been added.
  • Pour this mixture back into a pot with the strong coffee, and place over a low-medium heat on the stovetop.
  • Allow it to cook slowly while stirring constantly, about 5 minutes. 
  • Remove from the heat and strain through a sieve into a jug.
  • Stir through the Wild Africa Caffè Latte and put the mixture into the fridge to chill completely.

Pour into glasses and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon and gold edible glitter.

Toasted Almond & Coffee Martini with Wild Africa Cream Caffè Latte

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Wild Africa Caffè Latte
  • 40ml amaretto liqueur
  • 30ml strong coffee, chilled
  • 3 coffee beans, for garnish

METHOD

  • Put the ice into a shaker.
  • Pour in the amaretto liqueur, coffee and Wild Africa Caffè Latte. 
  • Shake well, then strain into a martini glass.
  • Top with three coffee beans.
